Front of House

Woodside Lodge is the leading venue in Scotland for Weddings and Special Occasions and we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our friendly front of house team.

We provide a bespoke and flexible service to our couples, including extensive menus created on site
by our in-house catering team, using seasonal produce from our garden & greenhouses, With a very
busy season ahead of us, our appeal is the idyllic country setting, superlative home grown food and
fantastic planning and front of house service.

We provide a very professional service to our clients and always aim to be flexible, transparent and
deliver above expectations in everything we do. The successful applicant will need some relevant
experience and no matter what your role at Woodside Lodge we expect everyone to work
together as a team, have fun and work in a professional, trustworthy and reliable manner. We are
looking for open- minded team players with lots of enthusiasm.

Duties may include:

Food Service & Waiting Duties (including Breakfast)
Event set up
Keeping public areas tidy and General cleaning of the venue
Serving drinks and canapés, tea and coffee
Possible bar work

We usually stagger the start times of shifts so you may be able to opt for one that suits you best. Start
times vary from 12 noon until 5pm and finish is usually between 11pm and midnight – but every event
is different!

Please note that we generally only employ people aged 17 or over and, as we are a rural venue, your
own transport is essential as there are no public services.
