Here at Woodside Lodge, we are constantly striving for improvement, and our kitchen is at the heart of our development. Throughout the year we are constantly adapting the menu to our local micro-seasons in the West of Scotland.

With the finest local Scottish produce, our chef creates dishes that impress and exhilarate even the most cultured palates, ranging from winter tasting menus to outdoor fresh seafood grills in summer. All our guests can choose from a range of dining locations, whether you want to savour your first langoustine in the orangery or enjoy the sound of a perfectly matched wine opening in the Arts & Crafts dining room, the experience will be one you will not forget. 

Not forgetting, all of our cocktails are designed with the Kitchen Garden in mind. Our head mixologist at Woodside Lodge provides all the essential ingredients to infuse our local spirits. Like our food, our aim is to provide high-quality products in the most sustainable, local and resourceful way possible.
