All you need to know

At The Lodge on Loch Goil we know that no two events are the same, and making your celebration unique and memorable is as important to us as it is to you.

That’s why we’ve put this handy page together to provide you with the answers to some key questions, so we can make sure that we are the perfect venue for you.

How many guests can I have?

2 adults can stay in our Summerhouse, and for events in the Main Lodge building there is a minimum requirement of 10 guests and a maximum of 12.

How much does it cost?

Our starting prices are listed below, and all event bookings require a minimum 2 night stay and are all inclusive:

  • Indulgence Breaks
    Summerhouse only but subject to availability – £1200
  • Celebrations & Family Gatherings
    Main Lodge – minimum 10 adults – £600 per person for 2 nights

Can I book the Restaurant?

The restaurant is not currently open, but will be opening for the season. To keep informed of the opening dates, please ensure you have signed up for our email newsletter at the bottom of the page.

Are Afternoon Teas available?

We are no longer offering Afternoon Teas at The Lodge.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of the arrival date we will keep the whole payment as a cancellation charge. If we are able to re-let the booking we will refund the whole payment.

For a reduction of numbers within 28 days of the arrival date we will keep the whole payment of the cancelled places as a cancellation charge.

Is the Venue Exclusive Use?

No, the venue can host several small groups independently, and is only exclusive use for larger groups that require the entirety of the estate.

What payment is required to make a booking?

We require the full payment at the time of booking.

Do you cater for vegans/vegetarians?

Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements, whether vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian or gluten-free. If you have any food allergies, just let us know in advance and we will make sure your requirements are met.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, the Lodge is a dog-friendly venue. Just let us know in advance if your four-legged friend will be joining you. Well behaved dogs are welcome at The Lodge, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms.
