Costing

No two weddings end up costing the same but we have prepared some guideline prices based on a wedding in the Lodge for 24 guests.

Weddings taking place on Saturday must have a minimum of 40 guests

Accommodation

When booking a wedding at the Lodge you must have the minimum of 8 people based on a 24 hourly rate.

The Lodge comfortably sleeps 16 people in the 8 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom facility. Each room has its own unique style.

Extra accommodation can be arranged in the nearby village. To book the Lodge, you must take a minimum of 4 rooms for a one night stay.

Wedding cost at the Lodge based on 24 guests is £5,500
(This is based on 8 people staying at The Lodge)

This price includes:

• The exclusive use of the Lodge based on a 24 hour rate
  
• The use of the entire grounds and the gardens
  
• Our wonderful Tree house for your wedding venue
  
• Flowers in all the Lodge reception rooms
  
• Table decorations
  
• Menus
  
• Place settings
  
• Guest table plan
  
• Our own Master of Ceremonies
  
• Silver cake stand and knife
  
• Four course wedding feast
  
• Canapés
  
• Cheese Board
  
• Champagne ( half a bottle per person )

• Mineral water (half a bottle per person)
  
• Service charge 12 % on food and beverage

Also included in this our experienced wedding planner. Alice will work together with you to make sure your day runs smoothly and professionally.

Cost for 50 people for a wedding in the Conservatory is £9,000
(This is based on 8 people staying at The Lodge)

All arrangements for either a civil or religious ceremony are made directly by us with the local registrar and Minister.

The Lodge is also licensed for Civil Partnerships.
Alice the wedding planner has organised a number of Civil Partnerships at the Lodge. This is the perfect location for intimate, romantic weddings.

Check in time is guaranteed from 12 noon and check out is 12 noon for all guests.
