The Lodge is an exclusive-use venue for a minimum of 8 people.

We have packages for one night mid-week, min two nights at the weekends and also offer Private dining,

RESERVATION

Reservations are required as we do not accept drop-ins. To make a reservation, please telephone or email us. We will hold the space requested for 7 days, by which time we must receive a 50% deposit of the complete group booking fee. If the deposit is not received within this time, we will release your booking.

Cancellations affect us significantly. We uphold a strict cancellation policy.

DEPOSIT

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation in writing and enclose a bill for the balance, which is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If we have not received the remaining balance by this time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation, as we will have turned away many other guests.

BOOKING EARLY

We strongly encourage booking well in advance, if you have a particular time you would like to stay. Fully paid reservations up to a year in advance are not uncommon at The Lodge.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB and Switch. This makes the booking procedure much easier, as we can do it all by telephone.

We also accept cheques or payment by BACS.
