ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Rooms are not normally ready until after 2pm however we invite our guests to arrive at The Lodge in time for afternoon tea so that you can enjoy our delicious home-baking. At the end of your stay, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by midday.

DRESS

We want our guests to be completely relaxed at The Lodge and, do not have a dress code.

We would, however, advise all our guests to bring warm casual clothes and sturdy walking shoes for outdoors in Scotland can be chilly - even in Summer!

MEALS

We offer guests first-class bespoke children's and adult's menus. Catering for all needs. All menus are confirmed prior to arrival.

SMOKING

We kindly ask that you do not smoke at The Lodge. Should you wish to have a cigar after dinner, please retire to the veranda.

PETS

We do not encourage pets at The Lodge but are willing to make exceptions for well-behaved pets.

VISITING

It is important that we are able to offer our guests complete privacy and a relaxed atmosphere and, as such, we regret that visiting is not permitted.

CHILDREN

Children of all ages are catered for at The Lodge. Please advise prior to arrival children's requirements.

SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS

The Lodge is the ideal place for a special occasion or family celebration. If you let us know your requirements in advance, we will be happy to arrange a cake , your favourite champagne or special gifts.

TOILETRIES

All our toiletries are organic and produced by our own soap maker.
