Cherry our gardener would be delighted to give short tours of The Lodge gardens and will accompany you or arrange tours to the local prize gardens in the area.

An Evening of Culture

We can arrange performances from the Scottish National Opera to add culture to your stay. Where else can you experience Lucia di Lammermoor surrounded by Scottish woodland on a Loch side. If Opera is not your taste then an evening of Classical, Traditional Scottish or Gaelic music can be arranged.

Sea Plane Tours

What better way to see Loch Goil and the surrounding area but by Sea Plane. Loch Lomond Sea Plane can pick you up at the bottom of the garden and provide a lifetime trip.

Boat Trips, Fishing or Tours for up to 50 people

Combine a breath-taking trip down the water with one of the Lodges famous picnic baskets or we can arrange a drinks party, evening cruise, or lunches for parties up to 50 people. Fishing trips can also be arranged and you won't come home empty handed.

Retail Therapy

Shopping trips to Glasgow can be arranged and our staff can instruct on the best shopping areas but you will be spoilt for choice.

If Clubbing is your thing, transfers can be arranged to designated Private Night Clubs.

Both venues are great for all the family. The tour of the Jail is interactive and provides hours of entertainment.

Nature on the Doorstep

We have a nature watch scheme in the gardens where we monitor the visits of birds and animals (red squirrel, highland wild cat, red deer, birds of prey, sea birds, seal and porpoises) Get the children involved at the start of their stay and provide a true childhood memory. We can also arrange Nature Treks around the local area.
