Our green policy

Our Mission

..to educate and motivate environmental lifestyle choices, to leave a better and cleaner planet for our children by reducing waste, conserving resources and protecting the surrounding habitats and species.

Recently awarded silver in The Green Business Tourism Scheme, The Lodge is working towards gold. Staff are aware of our mission, the need to recycle everything, use energy efficient appliances, conserve energy and we ask our guests who have travelled by air to set off their carbon footprints by donating to Trees for Life helping to rebuild the Caledonian Forest.
